Upload your most spirited photo that shows off your favorite football team’s memorabilia. Share your photo with your family and friends, and rally up as many votes as you can.
Eligibility:
America’s Most Spirited Football Fan promotional giveaway is open to all residents of Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina, United States.
The directors, officers, employees, staff members, immediate family members and members of the households of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies and the retailers of the Sponsor’s products are not eligible to enter or win.
By entering this promotional giveaway, entrants warrant they meet these eligibility requirements.
This promotional giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Promotional Period:
The photo submission period for Schewels’ Football Super Fan Contest begins January 1, 2015 and continues through January 25, 2015 11:59 PM EST. No entries will be accepted after the photo submission period closes. The fan voting period begins January 5, 2015 and continues through January 25, 2015 11:59 PM EST. A WINNER WILL BE SELECTED JANUARY 27TH, 2015.

1. Other conditions
Only one entry is permitted per person or per email account. Any attempt to enter more than once or to use an automated system to participate will result in disqualification.
It is the responsibility of entrants to advise the Sponsor of any changes to their contact information. Changes to an entrant’s contact information may be sent to schewelssfc@gmail.com.
In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant and to reject their entry if, in the Sponsor’s opinion, the entry contains any matter which is unlawful, obscene, profane, vulgar or defamIn its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant and to reject their entry if, in the Sponsor’s opinion, the entrant attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sponsor’s website or Facebook page, violates or attempts to violate these terms and conditions, or acts in any manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY COMPUTER OR WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY MAY BE VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS, AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant and/or the prize winner if either commits any act or has been involved in or becomes involved in any situation or occurrence which the Sponsor believes may subject the Sponsor, the entrant or the prize winner to ridicule, scandal or contempt or which may reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor in any way. If such is discovered by the Sponsor after the winner has been selected but before the prize is awarded, the Sponsor may disqualify the winner and rescind the prize in its entirety. If a portion of the prize has been awarded and claimed, the Sponsor may withdraw the unclaimed remainder of the prize and require the winner to pay the Sponsor for the value of the claimed portion. The Sponsor’s decisions pursuant to this paragraph are final.
If for any reason, this promotional giveaway is not capable of running due to technical failures, tampering, computer viruses, fraud or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotional giveaway or to vary these terms and conditions.
2. Prize
(1) Grand Prize: A 50” HDTV from any Schewels location.
ALL SALES TAXES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRIZE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
The winner cannot transfer, assign or substitute this prize or a prize component and cannot redeem the prize or a prize component for cash. Unused or unclaimed portions of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
This prize is subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different prize or prize component for an item of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3. Prize Conditions
• The prize will be limited to trading area of local Schewels store.
• The winner will be notified by email and phone.
• Winner must sign a release for advertising purposes.
